Like many little girls do at that age, I spent the days exploring the world of critters… from dogs to bees! And, like little girls do, I grew up with the determination of working with animals. I began at clinics and shelters to save animals; then at hospitals to save people; then back to animals by protecting and educating about the environment we all share – our planet, our home.

As years progressed, so did my knowledge and experience. Those who were lucky enough to know Lucy will testify to the quality of care I provide… …you can even ask her pack (which was everybody she/we knew!).

Fast forward to the present…              My husband Steve and I own 5 acres on the north end of Whidbey Island, close to Deception Pass State Park. He is a Marine Surveyor who doubles as my partner in the care of dogs.
