My name is Liz Merriman and I am the Dog Watcher. Throughout my 36 years of experience I have worked at rural veterinarian clinics, in animal medical clinics/hospitals, and as an Animal Control Officer in a Midwest college town… all the while honing the skills that provide for the well-being, safety, and the happiness of your pet. 

 

My passion for taking care of dogs allows me the benefit of companionship, you the convenience, and for your beloveds a safe, active, “happy dog” environment with gentle, motivating, positive, firm and effective guidance.                                           

 

                                                                                         After saying  goodbye to Lucy, my four-legged teacher of 16 years (pictured), I now find myself with two Great Pyrenees mix rescue puppies. 

  Well, they’ll always be puppies to me…     

 

 

 

 

  Together we are learning, growing, walking the trails and beaches near Deception Pass, or just hanging out in the grassy back yard with our new friends.
